What would happen if you purchased a brand-new, fresh-off-the-lot luxury car, like a Porsche, a Tesla, or an Audi, and when you popped open the hood there was…zippo. Nothing. No engine whatsoever. You’d feel robbed. And well you should.
Fortunately, it would never get that far. You’d have test driven that baby. But isn’t it easy to be swayed by something so stunning on the outside? It’s natural that once we fall for the sizzle, we expect the entire steak to be exactly what we imagine.

Most training teams at high tech companies start out fairly small doing everything in-house themselves. In start-up mode, training managers are required to wear multiple hats, responsible for not only curriculum development, technical writing, and conducting training but also for identifying and scheduling training locations, ordering catering, and printing & shipping training materials. This week employees, friends & family of our team, and customers of OnFulfillment donated more than 4000 pounds, or 39 full boxes, of needed clothing and goods to help victims of Typhoon Haiyan (known as Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines).
