OnFulfillment is committed to managing health, safety and environmental matters. Since our incorporation in 1999, OnFulfillment has been an industry leader in fulfillment solutions. Our OnGreen program serves our business initiatives and our community by adhering to these green policy objectives:
- Comply with environmental and worker safety laws and regulations, promoting a safe and healthy workplace, proper employee training, performance reviews and incentives.
- Be an environmentally responsible neighbor, and act promptly and responsibly to correct incidents or conditions that endanger health, safety, or the environment.
- Provide resource-efficient printing solutions that produce less waste, conserve energy, and ensure a responsible use of our natural resources.
- Promote recycling in every aspect of our company by recycling paper, plates, plastics, cans, and cardboard, as a standard practice. OnFulfillment puts any income generated by recycling into employee programs.
- Develop and manufacture eco-friendly options for nearly all of the products produced. OnFulfillment gives preference to recycled and/or highly-recyclable materials. Nearly all of our semi-rigid poly materials are 100% recyclable.
- Improve our company’s environmental performance by utilizing energy-efficient lighting “Energy Star” compliance, focusing on conserving energy, improving energy efficiency and encouraging renewable sources wherever possible.
All OnFulfillment employees are expected to follow this policy, and to bring any environmental, health, or safety concerns to OnFulfillment management. Prompt action will be taken to ensure these objectives are followed on a daily basis.
